Gary Glenn on Friday was endorsed by the National Federation of Independent Business, Michigan’s leading small business advocacy association.
“After a careful review of the candidates we have found that Glenn has a keen understanding of the problems facing family businesses and their employees,” Charles Owens, NFIB-Michigan State Director said. “We wish Gary success in the upcoming election and we look forward to working with him in the Michigan legislature.”
“I'm humbled to have the endorsement of such a highly respected voice for business owners in Michigan and nationally. My highest priority will be to advance policies that make Michigan as competitive and attractive as possible for major employers and small businesses alike to locate here, start up here, and succeed,” Gary Glenn said. “That's the only way we'll have the jobs we need to support our families in Bay and Midland counties, and the only long-term solution to restoring the tax base needed to fund our schools and roadways without raising taxes.”
